Architectural Modifications

All exterior modifications to homes (including landscape, coach lights, paint, etc.) must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee.

Parking

Street parking is not permitted between midnight and 6am. 
 
Buy a parking permit – Must have a valid registration and valid insurance card. Check for $50.00 refundable after pass is returned to the HOA office.   Complete the form and bring it in or eMail it to Tara.Stroud@fsresidential.com
 
RVs and commercial vehicles are not permitted in the driveway or in the Town Center parking lots between midnight and 6am.

Trash Schedule

  • Trash may be put out after 6pm the night before pickup.
  • Trash must be in the proper container.
  • Three (3) bulk items will be picked up per household per week.   If you are unsure of an item, please call the City of WPB.  If you have more than three (3) items, please call the City of WPB to arrange for a special pickup at your expense.
  • Trash containers must be stored so they are not visible from the road or adjoining units on non-pickup days.
  • Dumpsters are for the use of RiverWalk staff only.

Centanni Café Dining Card
All cafe dining cards were loaded with $120 on January 2nd, 2024.
Your café dining payment is already included in your maintenance payment.  There is no separate payment due.
If you lose your café dining card, please notify the office.  A charge of $10 will be due (payable by check only) for a new card.

FOB’s (amenity key)

A FOB is your personal access to the pools, gym and Town Center after hours.
 
Two (2) FOB’s can be purchased per home.  A $10.00 check or money order is required per FOB.
Lost FOB’s require a $100.00 replacement fee with a check or money order.

Resident Gate Access RFID

Vehicle RFID Tags:
RFID tags for homeowners and renters can be purchased in the RiverWalk office.  Please bring with you the following:
  • Vehicle Registration – must be registered to your RiverWalk address (or your northern billing address for snow birds)
  • A check or money order for $20.00.
 
Temporary RFID Tags:
30 day temporary RFID tags are available in the RiverWalk office for homeowners with a rental car. Please bring with you the following:
  • Rental car agreement
  • Deposit check for $100.00 (will only be cashed if the tag is not returned within 30 days)

Post Office Flyers

  • Must be approved in the HOA office.
  • No larger than 8 1/2 x 11.
  • One flyer per household.
  • New flyers are hung every Thursday afternoon and will remain posted for 2 weeks.
  • Posters advertising outside businesses are not permitted.
