Architectural Control (ACC)
The Architectural Control Committee (“ACC”) shall consist of three (3) or more persons appointed by the Board who shall serve at the pleasure of the Board. A member of the Board of Directors may not concurrently serve on the ACC. A majority of the ACC shall constitute a quorum to transact business at any meeting of the ACC. The function of the ACC is to ensure that all additions, alterations, improvements, modifications and changes are made in compliance with the requirements set forth below. The Board shall have the authority and standing, on behalf of the Association, to enforce in courts of competent jurisdiction the decisions of the ACC.
 
All requests shall be submitted to the Riverwalk Architectural Control Committee (ACC) at the Riverwalk office using these Application forms no later than noon (12pm) the Wednesday before the meeting. Late submittals will be held for the next month’s meeting. All meetings are held the 4th Monday of the month (If the meeting falls on a holiday, date is TBD).
