RiverWalk of the Palm Beaches launched GateKeeper, by International Security Network (ISN), for Residents to view and manage their Guest & Vendor access to the community.
Guest, Vendors and Activity
If you are not tech savvy you may continue to call in your guests using our automated system by dialing 561-683-0177. Each home is permitted 15 guests.
Residents are only permitted to make edits to their guests/vendors. Vehicle and phone number changes must be made through the HOA office. Please email the staff and we will make these changes for you just as soon as possible. Old vehicles that do not receive a new RFID tag will be automatically removed from your account.
Vehicle RFID Tag
All vehicles will require a new RFID tag in order to enter using the resident lane. If your vehicle is not registered, you will need to access RiverWalk via the guest lane.
Required items to obtain a new RFID tag:
- Driver’s License and copy of your vehicle registration
- *Your vehicle registration and your driver’s license MUST have your RiverWalk address or billing address on file
- Completed RFID form
- Check or money order for $20, made payable to RiverWalk of the Palm Beaches HOA
