To set up a profile and start making payments on ClickPay you’ll need…
- Your unit number (found on your statement or call the office and ask for it. Ex. 3UBL-0000-XXXX-01) or address of the house you’re making a payment on.
- Schedule maintenance payments quarterly on 1/1, 4/1, 7/1 and 10/1.
- Use the setting to pay the full amount due on your account. You’ll never have to update your account with annual increases or pay late fees because you underpaid your maintenance.
- Bank account and routing number if paying by check. (Processes as an ACH in up to 2 days)
- Credit or debit card number (Add 3.0% fee for credit cards. Debit card fees are $3 for every $100 of payment. Card payments take 4 days to process).
Out of the community...you can mail in your maintenance payments to our lockbox at:
